What services are offered ?

Impeccable Home Services offers residential cleaning, holiday rental cleaning, bond cleaning, window cleaning and pressure cleaning.

How to request an extra task?

When creating your booking through our website, you have the option to add extras tasks to your existing booking. There’s an additional cost for extras as the example below:

Cleaning products and Equipment

Our cleaners have their own equipment and cleaning products to perform the job, following standards and techniques created by our Impeccable Team. Cleaners are not allowed to use any product or equipment of our customers, to prevent misuse or hazards during the cleaning service.

Methods of payment

Our bookings system is designed using the safest technology for online payments, such as SSL certificate and McAfee© Secure protection for online transactions. Therefore, you can make payments by credit or debit card when booking your Impeccable service. Please note that the payment will only be made once the job is completed and has reached your expectations.

The other option is to receive an invoice via email and pay via bank transfer. This options is more suitable for customers booking an individual booking. For those who have scheduled a regular cleaning service, we recommend to make payments using credit card or debit card.

What is included?

Our standard domestic cleaning service includes:

  • Wipe accessible surfaces
  • Organise and straight rooms
  • Clean bathroom (mirror, sink, vanity, toilet bowl and wipe shower glass)
  • Clean kitchen (bench, sink, stove top and exterior of appliances)
  • Vacuum and mop floors

Our bond cleaning (exit cleaning) service includes:

  • Clean cobwebs on ceiling/walls in all rooms
  • Clean skirting boards in all rooms
  • Clean marks on walls/doors/ceiling, power points, light switches in all rooms
  • Clean bathroom (mirror, sink, vanity, shower glass, shower grout/tiles, exhaust fan, bath tub, toilet bowl)
  • Clean kitchen (sink, bench, stove top, oven, cupboards, inside drawers, rangehood, exterior of appliances, exterior of cabinets)
  • Clean bedrooms ( inside wardrobe, ceiling fan)
  • Clean window sills, tracks and main windows
  • Clean laundry
  • Vacuum and mop all floors

Our pressure cleaning includes:

  • Wash exterior of house (walls, deck, house structure, windows from outside, gutters)

Our window cleaning includes:

  • Clean all windows inside/outside
  • Wash fly screens
  • Vacuum tracks
  • Clean window sills and frames

Can a cleaner refuse to perform a sheduled service?

Our team is made of contractors, specifically assigned to do the job as agreed. They will make the best to deliver a happy experience for our customers, based on what they have been trained to perform.

As they work independently, they might refuse to do a service if any hazard is present in the house. They will fill a form to be handed to our management team, explaining the reason for refusing and details about the hazard.

Our customer service will then contact the customer to inform why the decision of not performing the job has been taken and what are the possible solutions for the case.

 

 

Is there any cancellation fee?

We understand that situations might change for any particular reason. Therefore, you can cancel a service contacting us with more than 24h of the start time of the service. You wont be charged for the first cancellation when the 24h notice is respected. If a second cancellation is requested, we will charge an administration fee of $25.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Our policy for “damages to third party property”:

  • Cleaners will have to fill a form, signed by the customer, with the content of the damage claimed during the service. Then, one of our representatives will contact you via phone or email to discuss a solution for the issue.
  • IF the cleaner hasn’t noticed that damage or breakage, customers must contact our management as soon as they notice the damage, to allow us to quickly identify what cleaner did the work and how to deal with the issue properly.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, our cleaners are interviewed in person, with background and identification checked to ensure that we have only the best workforce available in the region. If you have any concern to not hesitate to contact us.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

Our main objective as a service provider is to have happy customers. Therefore, if you are not happy with the service that one of our cleaners has provided, you can contact our management to arrange a re-clean to resolve the issues initially raised. What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for services completed. However, our “100% satisfaction guarantee” allow you to call our team for another turn of cleaning services, if you are not completely satisfied with the outcome of the first service completed.
